Much (Illinois): Important Guidance from the Department of Labor and the IRS

Since we published our initial alert regarding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) – which seems like a lifetime ago – the United States Department of Labor (DOL) has published several rounds of guidance to assist employers in interpreting the extremely dense and not-exactly-the-model-of-clarity FFCRA. And the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) just weighed in as well.
