Governor Tom Wolf extended Pennsylvania’s State-Wide Stay-At-Home Order until at least May 8th – BUT – also announced that on the date the order is lifted (which could be as early as May 8th) “limited” residential and non-residential construction activities will be permitted as authorized by the Governor’s and Secretary of Health’s April 20, 2020 amendments to their business closure orders and in strict compliance with the Administration’s guidance.
