On May 19, 2020, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued two “updated” enforcement memos on injury reporting and OSHA’s enforcement response. OSHA’s guidance on these issues has shifted over time, and these newest iterations take effect on May 26, 2020.
