Williams Parker (Florida): The Department of Labor Provides a Summary Explanation of Unemployment Benefits under the CARES Act

On March 28, 2020, Florida agreed to participate in the unemployment provisions of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, known as the Relief for Workers Affected by the Coronavirus (RWAC). On April 2, 2020, the Department of Labor issued guidance as well as a chart summarizing the different programs and the length of time the programs will be in effect.
